All information, methods and resources found on soul-art.teachable.com are based on my personal thoughts, opinions, life experiences and professional training as a Transpersonal Art Therapist and Meditation Teacher. I am not claiming all content on this website is uniquely my own as some of the information and techniques I share have been obtained through gathering and learning from others, in both my personal and professional life, over the years. Some activities, or part activities, may be used by other art therapists or health care professionals.

The activities listed, and the information on this website, is intended to motivate enrolled students to take responsibility for their own general emotional and psychological health and to help people manage their general, daily stresses and challenges for an enhanced sense of well-being. By enrolling in my school, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own overall sense of well-being and your general, day-to-day mental and emotional health.

Any use of information on this site is at your own risk.

Any statements or claims about the possible health benefits of activities are of a general nature only. Because every person is different, your experience and benefits, if any, will be unique to you. My approach is client-centred which means I empower you to make your own decisions and choices.

Information I share, and the courses I create, are intended to enhance a sense of general well-being and expression through art-making and holistic processes. The activities are ‘tools’ you can incorporate into your life for enhanced well-being and self-awareness, and may be beneficial for you in the management of stress, anxiety and general day-to-day emotional states.

I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist it is not my intention to diagnose or treat diagnosed mental and psychological conditions. You should always consult your doctor should you have mental health concerns. Should you be diagnosed with a mental health condition, you should consult your doctor or psychologist before doing any independent art therapy activities.

No information in my courses should be relied upon to determine a medical diagnosis or condition, or to determine treatment for a specific medical condition. The information is not intended to replace any current health care plans you already have through a qualified health care professional and is not intended as medical advice.

I reserve the right to edit, remove, move or close any content, including, but not limited to, comments that are in violation of any laws and regulations.
